Age Restriction

ai88 may request proof of age from any account holder at any time. If proof cannot be provided within the specified period, or if the account holder is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any transactions from that account may be voided.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
You can deposit on ai88 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) and only from your own payment methods.
- Using a third party's account for deposits is not allowed.
- ai88 may investigate suspicious transfers in line with its Anti-Money Laundering policy.
- ai88 reserves the right to review cases where a deposit is followed immediately by a withdrawal.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to be approved and processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
- ai88 reserves the right to review any withdrawal and may suspend it at any point if it does not comply with applicable regulations.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
ai88's welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25x the bonus amount.
Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.
Example 2 — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 820,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
Additional bonus terms —
- Each bonus may have an expiry date, and the wagering requirement must be met before that date.
- Once a bonus has been claimed, the amount cannot be changed.
- If bonus funds are found to have been obtained fraudulently, ai88 may void the bonus and any related funds and close the account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise in the individual terms.
- ai88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion without prior notice.
Fair Play Policy
ai88 is committed to providing a fair playing environment for all players. We use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random.
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches for gain is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots or automated playing software is not allowed.
- Players colluding to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
- Creating duplicate accounts or accounts with the same details in order to claim bonuses multiple times is not allowed.
- Attempting to exploit specific game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
If a violation of this policy is found, ai88 may forfeit the balance in that account and close it.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ai88 platform.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying ai88's games, software, databases, or content without authorization.
- Introducing software, viruses, or malware intended to disrupt the service.
- Seeking out and exploiting improper, unlawful, or software vulnerabilities.
- Using the service for money laundering purposes.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ai88 staff or other players.
- Buying or selling your ai88 account to another person for money or by agreement.
Account Suspension and Closure
ai88 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following circumstances.
- When a violation of these terms and conditions is found.
- When it is found that an account was opened with false information.
- When there is a suspected connection to money laundering.
- When individual chargebacks occur frequently.
- When there is non-compliance with responsible gaming procedures.
If a closure is due to bonus violations, any amounts related to the bonus funds may be forfeited, and any remaining original deposits will be returned by the designated method.
